Under the Muscle – Muscle will allow for more coverage of the implant
Cohesive Silicone Gel – More realistic feel, especially with less natural breast tissue
Moderate Plus Profile – Slightly wider implant to fill chest for equal cleavage rather than only projection

PROS
Crease: Easy Access for Placement of Implant
Nipple: Heals Well in most cases
Armpit: No Scar on Breasts
CONS
Crease: Visible Scar on Breasts.
Nipple: Can affect sensitivity and ability to breast feed successfully.
Armpit: Surgeon may not be as comfortable with method. Possible difficulty to perform lymph node tests for breast cancers
